Hannah Scott (BSc '17, MSc '20) has been on board as uLethbridge Mitacs Business Development Specialist since April of this year. She works to build connections between academia and industry, assisting with every stage of the project development process, from matchmaking to grant writing.

Michelle Ellert has worked at the U of L for just under seven years and as a student records assistant for over six years. In her spare time, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter exploring new roads and finding new places.

Devon Smither is a professor of art history and museum studies, whose research focuses on women artists, representations of blackness in early Canadian art.

When Mike Pinder isn't busy making sure uLethbridge buildings and grounds are in tip-top condition, he admits to being somewhat of a space nerd.

Carmen Guenther brings a wide variety of experience to her role as sexual violence prevention educator, a role she began in January.

Penny has been part of the uLethbridge family since 1994, first arriving as a student. After completing a bachelor's and master's degree, she soon joined the Office of Research and Innovation Services, where she's been for 15 years.

The pandemic has been a challenge for everyone, but it has also come with valuable lessons. Doug has seen how resilient his team members are and how they've consistently responded with enthusiasm, regardless of the situation.

As manager of the Project Management Office in IT Services, one of Ana's duties is managing a large project aimed at improving the uLethbridge recruitment websites.
