Meet Kelly Dinsmore, Project Manager, Southern Alberta Medical Program (SAMP) Kelly Dinsmore has been involved with SAMP since its earliest days. She works with budgets, reviews blueprints, talks with physicians, works closely with UCalgary partners and so much more.
