Where are you from?
I was born in Winnipeg and I come from a family of 13 kids, of which I am number 11. With seven girls between between me and my older brother, my mom always told me I was the most wanted.

How long have you been at the U of L and what do you do here?
I started working in Shipping/Receiving in April of 2001. My main job is delivering mail and packages on campus. Don't tell anybody, but that's just code for I get to walk around and visit people.

What's the best thing about your job?
The best thing about my job is the people in the University community, whether it's faculty, other staff or students. It's quite amazing the worldwide community we have here. When I meet people, I make the effort to pronounce their names properly and also try and learn to say 'hi, how are you?' in their language.

What's something most people don't know about you?
I'm actually quite shy and reserved and you almost can't get a word out of me.
