I was determined to pursue a career in public health, driven by a strong interest in conducting research on physical activity and independent mobility. My goal was to build a robust academic and research profile in this field, and the University of Lethbridge was the ideal choice to achieve this.

My professors have had a significant impact on my education by providing valuable insights, guidance, and mentorship. Their expertise and passion for public health have inspired me to deepen my understanding of the field. In your free time, what do you like to do?
In my free time, I enjoy staying active and exploring the outdoors, whether it’s going for walk or spending time in nature. I also like to read, particularly books and articles related to public health and wellness. Additionally, I find it relaxing to try out new recipes in the kitchen and spend time with friends and family. Balancing these activities helps me stay refreshed and focused on my academic and research goals.

What are your hopes and plans for the future?
My hopes and plans include continuing to build a strong academic and research profile in public health. I aim to contribute to meaningful research that can impact public health policies and practices, particularly in areas that align with my interests. After completing my master's degree, I plan to pursue further research opportunities, possibly a Ph.D., and eventually work in a role where I can influence public health initiatives and improve community well-being. My goal is to make a positive difference in the field of public health, both locally and globally.
