Bio: Dr. Jennifer Copeland is an Associate Professor in the Department of Kinesiology & Physical Education. She received a PhD in Exercise Physiology from the University of New Brunswick in 2003 and joined the U of L faculty that same year. Jennifer’s research interests are in the area of physical activity and health, with a particular interest in aging. Recently she has been studying the health effects of sedentary behavior, and in her presentations, she will talk to us about the interaction between physical activity and sitting time on our health.
